This is money donated in Jades memory and her ties that she had with Isabel Hospice including being a Compassionate Neighbour. She enjoyed the singing group and the art group too. The physio she received from Isabel Hospice helped bring her back to health. We, as a family will always be grateful for the help you gave Jade. It was so unfortunate that she died unnecessarily from Adrenal Crisis after not receiving her life saving injection. We are, as you would expect , heartbroken. We know Jade would want us to continue to help Isabel Hospice in her memory.
